These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the CRM platform (“CRM”) operated by Abrar Future Tech LLP. By logging into or using this CRM, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Access and Eligibility

1.1 Access to the CRM is restricted to authorized clients, employees, and users who have been granted access credentials by Abrar Future Tech LLP.

1.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Use of the CRM

2.1 The CRM is intended for use in managing business-related data, including clients, tasks, projects, and communication.

2.2 You agree not to use the CRM for:

  • Unlawful or unauthorized purposes

  • Transmitting malicious code, spam, or harmful data

  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems

2.3 You may not duplicate, copy, resell, or exploit any part of the CRM system without prior written permission.

3. Data Ownership and Privacy

3.1 All data entered by users into the CRM remains the property of the respective client or user.

3.2 Abrar Future Tech LLP will process, store, and manage such data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and GDPR standards.

3.3 We do not share or sell CRM data with third parties, except as required by law or for service-related integrations as approved by the user.

4. Availability and Downtime

4.1 We aim to provide uninterrupted CRM access but cannot guarantee 100% uptime.

4.2 Planned maintenance and unexpected outages may result in temporary downtime. Users will be notified in advance when possible.

4.3 Abrar Future Tech LLP shall not be held liable for any loss or disruption arising from downtime, data loss, or system errors.

5. Termination of Access

5.1 Abrar Future Tech LLP reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the CRM without prior notice if:

  • These Terms are violated

  • Unauthorized access is detected

  • Payment or account obligations are not met

5.2 Upon termination, user access will be revoked and data will be retained or deleted in accordance with our data retention policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

Abrar Future Tech LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the CRM platform, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update or revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the CRM after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Idukki District, Kerala.
